Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SuperDL, including the website, iOS Shortcut, and resolver API. SuperDL is a tool for resolving direct media links from supported public URLs. It is not a media host, file locker, proxy, or redistribution platform.

Authorized use only

You may use SuperDL only for media that you own, have permission to download, or are otherwise legally allowed to save. You are responsible for your use of SuperDL, the URLs you submit, and any media you download.

You agree not to use SuperDL to download, copy, redistribute, publish, sell, repost, or commercially exploit content without the necessary rights, licenses, consents, or legal basis.

Supported content

SuperDL currently supports public X/Twitter status URLs only. It does not support private accounts, protected posts, deleted posts, login-only media, paywalled content, profile pages, search pages, timelines, live broadcasts, or content restricted by age, region, or access controls.

No circumvention

You may not use SuperDL to bypass privacy settings, authentication, paywalls, technical restrictions, platform limits, access controls, or any measure intended to restrict access to content. Do not submit cookies, tokens, passwords, private URLs, or credentials.

Third-party platforms

SuperDL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by X Corp., Twitter, Apple, or any other third-party platform. Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their terms, rules, policies, and applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse SuperDL, including by:

  • violating copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contract, platform, or other third-party rights;
  • using automation, scraping, bulk downloading, abusive traffic, or attempts to evade rate limits;
  • probing, attacking, disrupting, overloading, reverse engineering, or compromising the service;
  • using SuperDL to collect data about people without a lawful basis;
  • submitting unlawful, harmful, exploitative, or non-consensual content links; or
  • encouraging anyone else to do the same.

Copyright complaints and repeat infringers

If you believe SuperDL is being used to access or facilitate access to infringing material, send a notice through the Copyright page. We may disable access to reported URLs, accounts, or patterns, block abusive users, and terminate or restrict repeat infringers when appropriate.

Service operation

SuperDL resolves direct media URLs. Your device downloads the media. The Worker does not store, proxy, cache, merge, or transcode videos. Short-lived links may expire and may need to be resolved again.

Rate limits and enforcement

We may apply rate limits, bot checks, budget gates, blocklists, or other protections. We may refuse, suspend, or restrict access if we believe use is unlawful, abusive, risky, or inconsistent with these Terms.

No warranties

SuperDL is provided “as is” and “as available.” Platforms change often, and downloads may fail. We do not guarantee that any URL can be resolved, that any media link will remain available, or that use of downloaded media is lawful in your circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperDL and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for claims arising from your misuse of SuperDL, third-party content, third-party platforms, or downloaded media.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product, law, or platform rules change. Continued use of SuperDL after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
