Copyright Complaints

SuperDL respects intellectual property rights. SuperDL does not host videos, but we can review reports that the service is being used to access or facilitate access to infringing material, and we may disable access to reported URLs, accounts, or abuse patterns.

Where to send notices

Send copyright complaints to copyright@superdl.app.

This page is the public copyright contact for SuperDL. If SuperDL registers a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, the registered agent’s name, address, phone number, and email address should be posted here and kept current.

What to include

To help us review quickly, include:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• the specific SuperDL URL, X/Twitter post URL, account, or other information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the reported material or activity;
• your name, organization if applicable, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

What we may do

After review, we may disable access to reported URLs, add URL/account patterns to a blocklist, restrict abusive users, preserve relevant operational logs, or request more information. Because SuperDL does not host the underlying videos, removal from the source platform may need to be requested from that platform directly.

Counter-notices

If you believe material or access was disabled because of mistake or misidentification, contact us with:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the material or access that was disabled and where it appeared before it was disabled;
• your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material or access was disabled because of mistake or misidentification; and
• a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent, where applicable.

Repeat infringers and abuse

We may restrict or terminate access for repeat infringers or users who repeatedly submit URLs associated with infringement, restricted media, automation, or other abuse.
